December 2013

I can't believe 2013 is over! December was a lot of fun. We tried to do some festive activities and focus a lot of the activities on Christ.

Bennett is very noisy. Sacrament meeting is hard :)
He has become clingy and a mommas boy lately.
A few new words this month.
He really likes to nod his head yes to tell us whether or not he wants something.
He is walking so fast it's almost running.
He is seeming a lot more grown up.
All four of his molars are halfway poking out.

Alexa is very independant.
She is super picky about what she wears. She wears her green shirt with a pink star almost every day.
She tells me that she loves me multiple times per day and gives a lot of hugs.
She has really been loving our backyard. The weather has been amazing and the kids are outside practically all day.
She has learned how to pump on the swings, which is really nice for Steve and me.
She helped me a lot with making, picking out, and wrapping presents.

Steve and I had a few Holiday parties. One was his office party at Firefly in Summerlin with a white elephant gift exchange. Another was a regional company party at The Pavillion at Silverton Casino. Also the ward breakfast was nice.
We've loved having lots of visitors the past couple of months.
We have also had fun dinner parties and missionary lessons with our neighbors.
Life is good and we feel very blessed.
