May 2014

Bennett likes the thought of counting, he usually starts with 9... 10... 12.
He has a nap every day for 2-3 hours.
He loves traffic lights, but he usually says "blue light!" instead of red or green.
He is trying to talk even more but we can't always understand him. He's a little too confident and makes stuff up I think :)
He loves to have me swaddle his stuffed animals up in a blanket.
He loves learning a new trick and saying, "Watch this daddy". Or he'll raise his hands in the air and say, "I did it!"
He's says please and thank you sometimes.
He is very brave and daring when it comes to running around and playing at the park. He is scared of the car wash, big loud dogs, bees, and loud tools and things.
He loves Curious George.
He is really a mommas boy and freaks out if he knows that I'm leaving somewhere.

Alexa is getting excited for kindergarten. She keeps telling people that she is going to start kindergarten in August.
She likes to play rock, paper, scissors and is pretty good at it.
She likes to sing the rhyme Eenie meenie miny moe.
She is good at snapping her fingers.
She loves to play hide n seek.

I'm feeling more pregnant and my belly is growing!
Steve is great at spending time with the kids. He is much better at playing with them than I am.

We went to a minor league baseball game with Steve's office. It was a lot of fun!

Alexa loved swim lessons and is a good swimmer now. She has even done a real dive a couple of times.

We went on a field trip with preschool friends to the Children's Discover Museum. It was pretty awesome.

We loved getting to talk to Andrew on Mother's Day! He is doing great!
