Bear Lake Datwyler Reunion 2015

We loved seeing our extended family at the Datwyler reunion! On Wednesday afternoon we drove to Orem to stay at Steve's parents house for the night. We then left in the morning to head to Bear Lake. That afternoon we spent at the beach, sailing, playing spike ball, and making sand castles. We had hamburgers for dinner and later had a campfire with stories, singing, talents and s'mores. My parents let our family sleep in their camper trailer. The kids slept quite well.

On Friday we drove an hour to Bloomington Lake in Idaho. It is very beautiful there. Unfortunately and was pretty rainy and cold. The craziest guys in our group, dared do the rope swing into the freezing water. On the drive back to camp we got delicious raspberry shakes from Le Beaus. That afternoon the sun came out again and we played at the beach. We had a delicious dutch oven dinner that night and some more fun around the campfire.

Saturday was a little rainy and cold. We had a nice warm breakfast, played some games at camp, and cleaned up our campsite. We then headed home. We got to stop and play at Kim and Ashley's house on the way home to break up the trip. We had a great time!
